Applications

Wooden structures

In the case of a wooden structure, the wool insulation is applied by gripping the edge of the insulation rolls in the wooden structure with metal staples. The thermal insulation is stretched slightly to the side, after which the staples are applied, on the inside of the wooden structure, on each side, at maximum intervals of 20 cm, starting from top to bottom.

Industrial buildings

Suitable for industrial buildings, our wool insulation is inserted between the metal profiles and is attached to the plaster board, OSB, etc. mounted on the metallic frames by applying staples on panels at intervals of 30-40cm. We suggest to have the insulation slightly opened at the point where the staple is applied.

Metal structures

In the case of a metal structure, the thermal insulation is inserted between the metal profiles and attached to the plasterboard, OSB, etc. which is mounted on the metallic skeleton, applying board staples at intervals of 30-40 cm. Our recommendation is to have the insulation slightly opened at the point where the staple is applied.

Apartment Buildings

For apartment buildings, the wool insulation is inserted between the metal profiles and is attached to the drywall mounted on the metallic frames by applying staples on panels at intervals of 30-40cm. We suggest to have the insulation slightly opened at the point where the staple is applied.
